O programa de Mestrado em Gestão de Artes e Cultura visa desenvolver competências-chave de gestão para gerir e liderar organizações criativas, eventos culturais e produtos artísticos, comunicar marcas culturais de impacto e destacar-se como líderes inovadores, criativos e responsáveis na indústria global das artes e da cultura.
Mestrado Internacional em Gestão das Artes e da Cultura
O Mestrado em Gestão das Artes e da Cultura foi concebido para formar gestores & profissionais que assumirão um papel de gestão no sector internacional das artes e da cultura. O Mestrado em Gestão das Artes e da Cultura tem como objetivo introduzir e desenvolver uma compreensão dos conceitos, princípios, instrumentos e técnicas de gestão cultural, e destacar a forma de lidar com questões actuais no domínio da cultura e das artes.
O programa de mestrado oferece uma grande exposição a empresas e profissionais da área. Os estudantes seguirão um percurso experimental, como visitas a empresas e palestras com profissionais do mundo da arte, tais como UNESCO, Ópera de Roma, Galeria Nacional de Arte Moderna, Museu MAXXI, entre outros.

O nosso módulo experimental leva a sua aprendizagem para o nível seguinte ao dominar a arte de gerir um teatro em primeira mão no histórico Teatro Dell'Opera di Roma, uma joia cultural em funcionamento desde 1880. Rome Business School Practice Lab is the place where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience. The Lab is run by MAXXI managers who will examine different specialist knowledge, work on exercises, and network while sharing their experience and expertise with the students. This Lab is entirely run by MAXXI managers with whom you will create a strategy to guide customers through the customer’s journey of MAXXI.

The Global Trends lab consists of 2 virtual sessions:
Session 1: How to Find Sources to identify global trends. Deep dive into the global world trends shaping the world of today – guest speakers from UN, UNIDO, and ILO. Examples of Global Trends:

Session 2: Understand the impact of global trends on businesses, and explore ways in which businesses can adapt and transform based on future trends and forward-thinking strategies.
20% Captstone Project
At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.
Tackle a real company challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generations.
You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test the knowledge learned during the master’s course.
